Impact of multiplicity fluctuations on entropy scaling across system size

The initial state is one of the greatest uncertainties in heavy-ion collisions. A model-agnostic approach taken phenomenological Trento framework which constrains parameters using Bayesian analysis. However, color-glass condensate (CGC) effective theory predicts energy densities that lie outside recent analyses due, part, to assumption event-by-event multiplicity fluctuations following a $\Gamma$ distribution. We compare Trento-preferred $\sqrt{T_{A}T_{B}}$ scaling CGC-like $T_{A}T_{B}$ coupled with log-normal $AuAu$ and $dAu$ collisions find there significant impact on distributions eccentricities, may affect extraction viscosity small systems.
